Emulactive™ W is a versatile O/W emulsifier with gentle properties derived from wheat protein. It exhibits excellent skin compatibility, imparting a light and velvety feel to natural formulations while forming lamellar liquid crystal systems that aid in the efficient delivery of active ingredients into the skin. This emulsifier is suitable for all skin types, creating a protective barrier that maintains high hydration levels, enhances the skin’s barrier function, and prevents water loss, leaving the skin feeling fresh, smooth, and deeply moisturized. It is particularly well-suited for formulating repairing, regenerating, and protective emulsions and remains stable even when emulsifying up to 50% of oils, making it ideal for various cosmetic applications such as intensive moisturizing creams, anti-aging products, cleansing lotions, and sun care formulations.
